These trail runners offer reliable edge control and dexterity on rough trails, as well as a good balance between protection and flexibility Upper system wraps your foot in the arch and over the instep, holding the shoe firmly against the sole of your foot for maximum motion control. Flexible polyurethane protection plates improve flexibility while still providing a high degree of stone protection. Nylon knit linings wick moisture to help feet stay comfortably dry. EVA midsoles absorb trail shock. Carbon rubber outsoles ensure excellent traction

very comfortable for running, walking, and approaches. even on hard surfaces. the square toe box makes them breath better and more comfortable for people with wide feet. only set back is dues to the soft sole, the sole came off a lil but glue fixed that..
