Voted 4/5 | This is a great jacket, I have been in multi day rain storms, snow storms and havent had a single problem. Only drawback its a tad on the heavy side | | Posted Feb 23, 2003 8:31 pm | | csmcgranahan | Untitled Review | |
Voted 4/5 | This will be my second winter with this jacket. I wore it on winter trips last year. It kept me warm and dry at 12,000 feet at 10 degrees and 30-40mph winds on Pikes Peak this past January. I find it roomy enough to layer underneath if necessary.
I have been extremely happy with it although I would second the notion that it is a tad on the heavy side.
This is a good option for those not wanting to drop $400 or $500 on a high end gore-tex jacket. | | Posted Nov 19, 2005 7:11 pm |
