Voted 5/5 | The best socks I have ever owned and I probably have 6 or 8 pair. Feet stay dry, warm, and comfortable. I have never had a blister. They dry very fast. | | Posted Dec 3, 2002 2:05 pm | | William Marler | Untitled Review
Voted 5/5 | Excellent sock. I eco the previous reviewer. There is no similar product. | | Posted Dec 9, 2002 7:45 am | | jjmunyan | Untitled Review | | Voted 4/5 | I decided on these socks for my hiking activities. Overall I am pleased with the socks comfort and aversion to blisters. However, I am concerned about the durability of the product. I have had two pair develop 'runs' after only a couple uses. I don't think I would care so much if the sock weren't 17$ per pair!!

Voted 5/5 | Excellent pair of socks! I own 4 pairs and they are worth the steep price. It pretty much comes down to how much one wants to pay for blister-free feet. These socks are super warm and dry quickly. Good quality sock that I would recommend for any cold weather activity. | | Posted Jan 25, 2005 1:16 am | | IceMonkey | Untitled Review
Voted 5/5 | Its like a cut down version of the mountaineering sock, without being to warm. A brilliant pair of socks. I have never got a blister whilst wearing a pair. | | Posted Aug 2, 2005 9:18 am | | lisae | Worth the $
Voted 5/5 | I wear the expedition weight smartwool socks for long hikes and love them. I don't find it necessay to wear liners with them and don't get blisters. I've worn them in cold weather and haven't had cold toes. They wear well, too. | | Posted Jan 23, 2007 10:52 pm | | Flanders | Best Socks Ever
Voted 5/5 | Will never use another sock on the trail. Never a blister, always comfortable, never need more than 3 pair for 7 straight days of hiking. I own 9 pair and still wearing the originals I purchased 10 years ago (they are a little worn but still great for 2-3 day hikes). | | Posted Apr 1, 2007 8:55 pm |
