This crash pad covers a large amount of ground space. It's thick enough to use on basic face and overhangs. It's built to last for many years of bouldering. Works great for long roofs and traverses, where landing on your back, hip or arms is highly possible. It backpacks super light into most any crag wih ease. Opens and closes with un-breakable metal attachments.

Reviews | gear-hut1 | Untitled Review | | Voted 5/5 | Got the pad a day or two late on mail order, but it was worth the wait! I have to say the looks of the Zen pad are great! But how does it stand up to the violent abuse of bouldering? I boulder here in Phoenix almost 3 times a week and need a durable crashpad. After 1 week of using the MegaSpot Zen pad I found it to be top notch. It was more than durable, raking through trees and sleeping on it at night in camp. I really think this pad was worth every cent. Everyone that lands on it asks me about the model and so on. Great pad 100% - A+ | | Posted Feb 3, 2004 10:22 am |
