i dont have a suunto watch. But i do sell them!

Suunto operate through their retailers. if you bring your watch to any branch of Cotswold Essential Outdoor

we will fix it or send it back to be fixed.

Most big compaines will not deal with the consumer direct, they will tell you to goto a suunto dealer ie. Outdoor retailer's

such as

Snow & Rock

Field & Trek

Blacks

or Millets

Very useful tool. Altimeter needs regular adjusting due to weather changes, compass works great and can be set to various declinations. I have not used the log feature though. I managed to fall and slam the face on the corner of a rock and fracture the face. Talked to the company and had if fixed for $50, not great, but not bad either. The watch band itself has began to tear and I need to replace it before going back out again or else it will likey fall off. I think I would prefer the Vector as it also includes a thermometer for about $100 less.
