Voted 5/5 | in Germany and have never seen it in the states. I really like how light weight it is. The slide-block buckle is really nice and you never have to worry about doubling back. Scrunches real tiny to fit in a pack, but streches enough to fit over multiple layers of clothing. I have used this for sport, trad, and ice and am very happy with it. If I could find it here in the states I would buy another!
