I like using this bag liner during all seasons. it does keep me warmer and I think it is more comfotable than sleeping with clothes on.
If the cinch strap is used, the liner usually stays put, but sometimes gets twisted around during a tossing and turning sleep.

I like it because it helps keep my bag clean and is easy to wash.

Using this liner I get away with a lighter sleeping bag. It feels comfortable and adds warmth. It's neither bulky nor heavy. I have even bivouaced at 5400 m in a snow cave using only Reactor and an emergency blanket (and a sleeping mat). With all the clothes on this combination was enough to keep me cozy all night long.
