The name says it all; a stiff shoe for all day comfort and performance on long routes, gnarly cracks and big days at the crag. If you liked the Syncro or the Kaukulator you’ll love the TradMaster.

  • Stiff 3mm midsole provides loads of support for face climbing and crack climbing

  • Trick crack climbing features include rubber friction bumpers over the laces, a low-profile chiseled toe and a hidden no-snag lacing system

  • Offset anatomical padded heel for all day comfort and ankle protection

  • 4 mm FriXion® RS rubber with agressive heel hooking teeth for roof lip encounters

OK, so this is the stiffest shoe I have worn. It does what La Sportiva advertises,it is a shoe for trad. It is comfortable and it has a roomy toe box. But so try them on before buying. They apparently, at least for me, run a little smaller.

The rubger on the top of the shoes do help in fist cracks. This shoe is not the best for precision climbs, but it will work.

    NIce, comfotable, and sturdy shoe.
