The Powder … for your feet BlisterShield® creates an almost frictionless surface, reducing heat build-up and blister formation. Additionally, the powder does not absorb moisture, rather repels it, keeping the skin relatively dry; similar to clothing made of "high-tech" synthetic fibers that wick water away from your skin, rather than absorbing moisture like cotton.

Pour one level teaspoonful of BlisterShield® into each sock. Shake the socks to spread BlisterShield® uniformly. For added protection apply additional BlisterShield® behind your heel after the sock is on.

Been using this for over 2 years. Works like a charm. I have badly damaged heels from serious blister infections from past foolishness. Only draw back is it looks like coke to customs officials (I bag it for trips). Comes in a variety of quantity, thus the price difference. They make quite a few blister preventives.
